Your rental begins at your booked start time and ends at your booked end time. Please plan for setup and cleanup within your reservation. We have a buffer option when booking if you feel like you need more time.

Reservations can be changed or canceled at no additional charge up to 24 hours before your booking. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us.

Yes! Most pets are welcome. We just ask that you do not bring cats due to severe allergies. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Absolutely. Feel free to make the space your own! Just lift furniture rather than scooting it, especially on seamless paper, and return everything where you found it before leaving.

Yes! Just please be mindful of dirty shoes and the like. Please pick up furniture rather than dragging it across the paper. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately.

Yes! If using colored seamless paper, please use the provided plastic covering. A clear mat is available in the play corner of the second room. Please clean up once finished. If you are nervous about messing up backdrops, use the white wall and hardwood floors.

Yes! Please contact us if you do not know how to use them. Triggers are on the rolling cart, as well as shapes in the polaroid book for the shape projector.

Yes, boudoir photography is welcome. Explicit sexual activity is not permitted in the studio. Please note our windows have no tint and are see through, so you will need to shoot these in the boudoir room or with a wall covering the front of the studio.

Of course! We have a Bluetooth speaker available. Just keep the volume at a level that cannot be heard outside the studio.

Temporary styling is welcome as long as it does not damage the space. No nails or anything permanently affixed to walls or backdrops.

No smoking, recreational or illicit drug use, smoke bombs, open flames, or fire of any kind. Clean up after confetti if you have to use it. Children and pets must be supervised at all times, and reservations may not be transferred or subleased to another party.

Put props and furniture back where you found them, clean up anything from your session, turn off lights, securely lock the door behind you, and put the key back in the lock box.

You'll receive a confirmation with The Studio address, entry instructions, and everything you need for your reservation. Then just show up at your start time and create!
