Booking time frame

Your rental time begins at your designated start time and ends at your designated end time. Please do not enter the building early, and leave as soon as your time frame is up. We keep a buffer between bookings, so this keeps everyone on schedule.

Cancellation policy

You can change or cancel your studio reservation with no additional charge any time up to 24 hours before your booking.

What is not allowed

• No fully nude photography, videography, or explicit sexual activity
• No smoking or recreational or illicit drug use in the studio
• No smoke bombs or fire of any kind in the studio
• Music and sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows
• No nailing or affixing anything to the walls or backdrops
• Children and pets must never go unsupervised
• The renter may not sublease the studio to any third party

Pet policy

Yes, we allow most pets! We just ask that you do not bring a cat, as some guests are highly allergic.

Seamless paper backdrop care

• Wipe the bottom of your shoes with a Lysol wipe before stepping on, then dry with a paper towel, or take your shoes off
• Please do not scoot furniture on the paper. Pick it up and set it down

Cake smash tips

• For a white background, we recommend the white planks, which wipe off easily
• If you use a colored paper, please make sure the plastic wrap is down and covering the area. A clear mat is available in the play corner
• Dry shoes with a paper towel or take them off, and pick furniture up rather than scooting it

Studio light & projector

Everyone is welcome to use the projector studio light if requested. We are happy to show you how to work and position it.

When you leave

Return all items and props the way you found them, and please securely lock the door as you are leaving.

After booking

Once you book, you will receive your confirmation with the studio address (127 North Main Street, Benton, AR 72019) and entry details. Arrive at your start time, enjoy the space, and reach out any time with questions.
